AMEC Received BSH Certificate for Class B AIS CAMINO-101 Product / Technical News2010-06-28

June, 2010–Class B AIS CAMINO-101 has been awarded a BSH certificate to perform the standard of IEC 62287-1 requirements. 

Alltek Marine Electronics Corp. (AMEC), the foremost developer for maritime electronic products in Taiwan, has first achieved a BSH approval for CAMINO-101 from Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency in Germany. The test includes the device of operational tests, physical test, specific test of link and network layer, and DSC functionality test. This approval definitely guarantees our product design and quality. 
  
AMEC CAMINO-101 provides the same functions of CAMINO-201 except the display. The interface of NEMA 0183 linkage to other maritime equipments enables mariners with integrated navigations and safety information on a single display. In addition to RS-232, the optional innovative Bluetooth wireless network avoids users from cabling troubles and provides better mobility. Moreover, the AMEC professional viewer program offers users with full surrounding awareness and better operation flexibility.
