“The new A750 represents AMEC’s innovation milestone in software-defined radio (SDR) transceivers together with newly developed user interface and well-rounded connectivity in a type approved Class A system,” says Y.Y. Chiou, Vice President Sales and Marketing of Alltek Marine.

Based on an entirely new hardware design, the A750 demonstrates impressive improvement in stability, AIS message processing and sensitivity compared to our already exceptional A701 class A platform.

The transponder incorporates a modern graphical user interface (GUI) with a sunlight readable 4.3-inch color display for intuitive operation. Its weather robust design with IPx6 waterproof makes it ideal for deep sea vessels, inland ships, work boats, and superyachts. The A750 AIS Class A transponders is fully certified to the latest IEC 61993-2 Ed. 3.0, IEC 61162-1 Ed. 5.0, IEC 62923-1/-2 Ed.1.0, CCNR Inland AIS Ed.3.0, and other related international standards.

The A750 can be easily integrated with other bridge devices through the junction box which comes with the transponder. It can also interface external navigation and presentation systems that support IEC 61162-1 related sentences. A750 is also capable of connection to Long Range system like Inmarsat C. The A750 supports both SOLAS and Inland AIS mode which is configurable by the software.
