This August, Alltek Marine organized a splendid outing to reward its team members.

Our company retreat began with an early morning departure to the breathtaking Ali Mountain in Taiwan. The journey was filled with excitement and anticipation as we made our way through the scenic landscapes. By the time we arrived, the crisp mountain air and lush greenery welcomed us, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. In the afternoon, we explored the charming Fenqihu Old Street, where we indulged in local delicacies and admired the traditional architecture. The day concluded with a sumptuous buffet dinner at the Alishan Hotel, where we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes while sharing stories and laughter.

The next day, we woke up early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise at the top of Ali Mountain. The sight of the sun slowly rising above the horizon, casting a golden glow over the mountains, was truly awe-inspiring. Afterward, we visited an indigenous tea farm, where we learned about the traditional methods of tea cultivation and even had the chance to sample some freshly brewed tea.

Our adventure continued with a visit to the Chimei Museum, where we marveled at the extensive collection of art, musical instruments, and historical artifacts. The museum’s diverse exhibits provided a fascinating glimpse into various cultures and eras, making it a highlight of our trip.

On the final day, we spent our time leisurely boating through the Sicao Green Tunnel. The serene waterway, surrounded by lush mangroves, offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. As we glided along the water, we reflected on the wonderful experiences we had shared over the past few days. With hearts full of memories, we made our way back home, grateful for the unforgettable retreat.

In a nutshell, the 2024 retreat gave Alltek Marine team members a new positive outlook to its future. The vibe of the deep wilderness, the breathtaking landscapes, and thoughtfully crafted agenda recharged us and assured us that nothing but success lies ahead!
